For personal data protection (GDPR) matters, please contact the Coordinator’s Office:

The contact form on this website includes consent to process data solely in order to respond to your enquiry.
Visit statistics
We use Matomo (the Matomo Cloud service) to collect statistics about how this website is used. We only collect aggregate technical data: the page visited, the referring page, an approximate location at city level, the device type and the browser. IP addresses are anonymised. This data is not used for marketing and is not combined with data from the contact form.
Tracking runs in one of two modes, depending on your choice in the cookie notice:
- Without your consent — statistics are fully anonymous and no cookies are stored on your device. We do not recognise you on a return visit and no user profiles are created.
- After you consent — Matomo stores its own cookies, which let us tell a new visit apart from a return by the same person. This gives us a more reliable picture of which content is useful.
Cookies used after you consent
_pk_id— anonymous visitor identifier, stored for 6 months_pk_ses— current session marker, stored for 30 minutesmtm_cookie_consent— record of your consent, stored for 6 months
Whichever you choose, we also store your decision in your browser’s local storage (pktk-cookie-consent) so that you are not asked again on every visit. This is not a cookie and it never reaches our server. After six months you will be asked again.
How to change or withdraw your consent
You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings button in the website footer. Withdrawing consent removes the Matomo cookies and restores the fully anonymous mode. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
If you prefer not to be included in the statistics at all, enable the “Do Not Track” header in your browser or use an extension that blocks analytics scripts.
